Bad attitude and seems to be really judgemental.
Lines are usually long with no more than 2 tellers ever working. I don’t appreciate being ambushed when I walk in the door and being asked what I came in for in front of everyone standing on line. If there is someone present looking for someone to rob; I certainly don’t want to announce that I wish to make a withdrawal! I came in about 2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday with the intention of opening a checking account and was told that there was no one available to help me that day.
