Atm at this location is a dinosaur. Always breaking, either doesnt give cash or doeant take cash. Please upgrade to the new atm that the rest of the chase banks use. Edit: Still broke
I have been helping my elderly parents, who live in Webster, with any assistance they need for the last couple of years. They added me to their bank accounts and at that time, connected with Shawn Bennett at the Baytown Branch. He has been absolutely invaluable to me, as I live in another state, in answering questions about their accounts, credit cards, etc. (Chase was given permission from my parents). Shawn is extremely professional, prompt, and always helpful....he has just been outstanding!!
