This bank was rude and ridiculous with their demands. Typical financial institution that they think my money is their money. I dealt with Erika and she completely out of line calling a manager and telling Samantha “you deal with him”. Then Samantha then doesn’t attempt to please a client. Terrible bank terrible customer service
