The worst place to go for cashing or depositing here at this Chase Bank the reason I say this is because they be having huge events around here and this community is very big and popular for two small ATMs machines and it makes it worse when the bank is closed lots of frustration and headache. I definitely don’t recommend no one to come here. I stop coming here right now. There is an event and the line to go for ATM is nearly half the block Chase here needs to upgrade and get more ATMs.
the worst bank, no customer service, crackheads like crazy outside. get a rag and a mop bucket start cleaning that place up.
I needed help with a lost debit card and with a change of address. One of the desk personnel, a man, gave me excellent help. He was especially helpful when I told him I am over 80 years old and my mind is not working well. He solved my problems. Thanks.
