Service excellent
Everyone was super sweet and welcoming. They helped me immediately when I walked in. They offered my dog a treat and processed my transaction quickly and with care.
I was greeted upon my entrance. There weren't any lines. The table area was stocked with pens, envelopes, and even a bucket of candy!! Upon my exit I was told thank you for choosing to bank with Chase and to enjoy my day. Very lovely experience. Hopefully soon they will receive their updated ATM inside the main section of the bank.
