Been with chase over 25 years in different branches, this one is the one I'm more interac with Chase Team, very professional, kind, and attentive when you get inside
I never had problems with them whenever I have a question or problem I can go to the bank or call and all questions are answered and whatever I'm calling for is fixed immediately
I was treated terribly I was trying to close putan account of my deceased father they not only made me repeat the notarization paperwork but then sent out a check after a 35 days when I was told 10, the check had no name on it so I had to get more paperwork notarized and wait yet again for a small amount but it's thematter of horrific poor service, then yet another customer was going through the same issue while I was being taken care of there was only one helpful kind employee this as is not the bank to visit if you want ac... read more
