Scheduled an appointment to get my name changed on my account and cards since I got married. First, no where does it tell you the correct documents to bring. I was also not notified prior by the person I had the appointment with. I tried calling the branch but they never answer the phone. I called the 800 number and they weren’t even sure but thought my DL is all that’s needed. I go into the meeting and do not have the necessary documents.
