Very service oriented!
The branch manager and the employee are falsely place hold over my check which was collected same day from my other bank, after give call customer service they are not even removed hold from account for over 10 days, as a private client this is so uncomfortable situation for doing bank with chase. Even after confirming from other bank on call that funds were authorized and related the branch manger refused to remove hold. I hope people can read this message and try to move there asset some where else. Such a shameful company... read more
Great customer service!
Cynthia was very helpful. I was dealing with account issues and she was very responsive, patient and went out of her to way to make sure I was helped and taken care of. Also, the customer service of this bank is top notch - always walking around the lobby asking how they can assist you even if you're just waiting. Would highly recommend this bank!
