There is nothing but kindness. The same problem when you go to Chase Bank is that you basically have to wait about 20 minutes.
Fix your damn ATMs always broke !!!!!
Terrible service, it took me two visits to resolve an issue along with 3 separate calls with Chase. Expect to spend an entire week or more just to resolve an issue that could have and should have been handled in a single day. The manager was very sweet at least.
