Great customer service!
Cynthia was very helpful. I was dealing with account issues and she was very responsive, patient and went out of her to way to make sure I was helped and taken care of. Also, the customer service of this bank is top notch - always walking around the lobby asking how they can assist you even if you're just waiting. Would highly recommend this bank!

Tried to cash a check their bank issued — they refused and stamped “void” on the back without asking. Not the worst experience, but definitely inconvenient. I’d recommend banks with more flexibilit
