When I arrived, I was told that somebody would help me in a few minutes. After over an hour of being ignored while other folks who came in after me were helped, somebody finally came to help me. That person was very professional, so I added a star. If I didn’t have a ridiculously long wait and wasn’t ignored for over an hour, I would have given a five star rating.
Scheduled an appointment to get my name changed on my account and cards since I got married. First, no where does it tell you the correct documents to bring. I was also not notified prior by the person I had the appointment with. I tried calling the branch but they never answer the phone. I called the 800 number and they weren’t even sure but thought my DL is all that’s needed. I go into the meeting and do not have the necessary documents.
