I absolutely LOVE this branch and all of the employees including the security guard! First I’d like to share I have been banking with this branch for 7 years. After Covid once locations opened up I’d still do deposits at the teller. Even tho some faces have changed EVERY employee treats me like family. So, I'm at the car dealership and there were some issues with loan processing. I walked in the cold wind 45mins into this branch. I must have looked crazy lol. The Branch Manager Mr. Estes was extremely helpful. He immediately dropped whatever he had going on, called the loan department and went to bat for me. I'm very impressed by his professionalism and the level at which he cares for the customer. Thank you MR. ESTES.
