This branch used to be one of my favorite since 2005, but unfortunately today everything is changed now. Today I had bad customer service with unprofessional black dude. He threatened to close all my accounts. This branch became the worst chase bank branch I have ever seen.
I came in this morning with $1200 in ones to deposit. Now I tried my best to make them all flat and face the same way, but this is still a tedious task for a teller. I tried to come in during a time that would be slower. The gentleman who assisted me was so polite, so friendly, and didn't bat an eye when I gave him a bag of $1 bills! He did it efficiently, processed all of them, and provided me with a smile and a thank you.
