Daniel is an absolute rockstar at this branch. He was professional, kind, relatable, non-judgemental, and answered ALL SIX of my very in-depth questions. I could not imagine a more helpful banker. Daniel, you deserve a raise, Chase is so lucky to have you!
I’ve always had great service at this branch with some complicated estate stuff. But does the business really need to be conducted in the entrance standing fumbling for my wallet? Would be helpful if they would let you past the entrance so you can set your bag down.
I had a terrible experience with this branch after a simple lost card turned into a fiasco of the employee canceling my current card so it’s off my Apple Pay right before I’m about to travel for the holidays. This experience has made me already begin the process of changing banking after 14 years of banking with Chase. What a joke. I waited for over 20 minutes for the employee to call then tell me I’m basically out of luck and there was nothing they could do to help me.
