No Bueno! No thank you CHASE! I asked about doing a cash advance, they said sure and never said anything about the $10.00 service charge until the very end. So, I said, no thank you. She told me, "good luck, getting someone else to do that for you." I went right out their front door, across the street to Wells Fargo and they were awesome! * No service charges * No ATTITUDE Thanks again WELLS FARGO! I THINK SOMEONE'S (CHASE) GETTING A BIT GREEDY.
Having problems with my money card they tried to help me gave me lots of advise
I had an involved issue with a submitted claim to a rental car company. Mikelle has spent two hours trying to help me resolve the problem with the rental company. She was so patient and not only was on the phone with chase claimes, but walked me through next steps. I cannot say enough how wonderful she has been!!
Had an amazing time setting up my bank with Jackie this morning! Highly recommend seeing her for anything you need 🤠
