Tara is a horrible branch manager and this whole branch needs better customer service. After my experience at this location, I will be transferring to a new bank. Have never had any issues at any other chase branch. Also never use the atm here unless you want it to take your card and never give it back and have to wait days for a new one!
I've been with Chase for several years and have always been very pleased with the services. Everyone at the branch is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly everytime we go there. Recently we decided to speak with a team member about the process of getting a loan for our first home. The staff, led by Tara Luke, is excellent in every respect.
The staff is always so friendly and eager to help. Aaron Underwood is especially pleasant to work with and always takes care that I understand everything that's going on. The Lead Teller is a little goofy but the while staff is very warm & welcoming!
Aaron Underwood is either not very good at his job or have racist tendencies. As a person of color, Aaron was arrogant and provided poor service by "telling me" all the things I did wrong, the whole time never understanding the Chase product that he should be familiar with. In fact, he tried to tell me that he was going above and beyond to help me, before ultimately telling me that it was my own fault.
