Went in to close out my recently deceased Mother In Laws account and branch manager Tara Luke was so friendly, helpful and empathetic. She really made a tough day for my wife go smoothly. We really appreciated her. So thank you Tara.
Quite a few rude and unprofessional associates at this location. There are some good people that work there too, but I've had too many bad experiences at this location the past few months to overlook. Almost to the point of switching services due to this location.
Tara is a horrible branch manager and this whole branch needs better customer service. After my experience at this location, I will be transferring to a new bank. Have never had any issues at any other chase branch. Also never use the atm here unless you want it to take your card and never give it back and have to wait days for a new one!
