Fantastic experience, no line , had to deposit 8 checks, helpful clerks. No complaints. Nice branch on the inside, ac was lovely on a hot day. Ghada was the manager and our helpful clerk she was lovely. Idk why so many negative reviews but my experience was very positive!
Definitely not the best branch. Lack of customer service is the biggest issue. Branch manager Denise sits in her office by herself while there is a line of people. Not trying to assist. Finally got frustrated and just requested to close my account when I originally went to open up a new business account. And that’s when Denise got up to help the teller close out my account. Then went back to her empty office. Taking my business to Navy Federal. Thank you Denise branch manager
