Terrible customer service.
I called this bank today to find out if a notary is going to be on staff. During the first call after waiting 5 minutes an employee hung up on me without even taking my call. I called back and a computer picked up and said they were too busy and nobody helped me. I had a simple question that would have taken about 1 minute to answer. This is terrible customer service.
I had 1 piece of document to notarize and Gaby Lara who was the only person at the Bank that could notarize my document sent me a message that she was busy and that I should come back another day.
