While I do understand that some reviews are negative, purely for the sake of being negative, I unfortunately agree with all these negative reviews. At the time of writing this review, I just left the drive thru ATMs, and both are down. The screen kept displaying that my pin is the wrong pin. Come to find out, one of the number buttons is actually broken, and upon even the lightest touch, it registers as two presses. I now have to call customer service to them unlock it. That's right; my card inactive. I can't use it AT ALL! ... read more
