Had some trouble with my account that was going to take ten business days to fix... (Really?) Manager Ann went above and beyond to help me resolve this matter quickly. She put forth the extra effort and checked in to make sure that I was ok.... Truly appreciate all she did. Also like to share a word of thanks to security. He helped me smile when my stress was at an all time high...The teller I spoke with was quick and courteous. The line moved quickly. Great team.
