They will lie to you, charge you fees even after you close your account, and will not remove them when you request them to. I am seeking resolution with the NYS Attorney General, wish me luck. Stay away.
Pending on taking all my friends and relatives to use Chase as a bank. 2 bank tellers unprofessional, while I learned she was recording me while doing a transaction. The one teller flagged my account for no reason at all. No phone calls no explanation or anything. No one was on the same page.Dealing with my lawyer now. Chase is a joke! Count your days Chase!
