I went inside and nobody greeted me. Nobody was around to ask for help. They didn't even have a counter. Guess I'll have to go find a different chase bank
Love this bank. Very helpful and honest people.
I don't know why they have an inside. The drive up banking is closed. If you go inside there is nobody to help you at all. I was told to go to a branch. Why, if there's no one inside to help? 2 people inside who completely ignored me.
They seem to not be able to answer the phone at this location… I called three times throughout the day yesterday no one answered, so I just decided to wait until today the next day to call again another three more times still no answer…
