very bad service.
I visited this Chase branch recently to cash a check from my employer, which is issued by Chase and does not have any deposit-only restrictions which I was told it does. Unfortunately, I was told that it couldn’t be cashed, & the representative provided incorrect information. This was frustrating, as I’ve never had issues at other locations or this one.
