Came to get a court document notarized and they said “our guy is here but he forgot his stuff”….then I asked if they can help me find a nearby branch that does have one, and they said “we wouldn’t know that”. I asked can’t they call the other branch in town so I don’t have to drive over to find out, and they said “we couldn’t do that, no”. Wth?

This comment is not only for this branch it’s actually for the whole Chase Bank is a terrible Customer Service they are stealing my money every time I rent a car or a truck and I use my debit card they put a hold some money once the rental car releases the money I never see the money back.

I fully expect go to a bank branch and be able to see a branch manager when I walk in during their business hours. I have been to the bank 3 times in the past week, only to be told a manager is not available to assist me with a fraud/stolen funds claim. My money is gone and there is no one in authority to assist me. I have to call overseas to handle it. It seems that the people there are not Chase employees, but are outsourced. Here's a sample bad review: "I recently visited the Chase Bank branch in Van Houten and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff seemed unhelpful and uncaring. My issue was not resolved, and I was given little to no guidance on how to move forward. The overall experience was frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend this branch to anyone and hope that Chase Bank will take steps to improve the service at this branch.
