3 agents are in their offices - 2 unoccupied have to have appointments and the one that is available there was no expectation on the wait time. Never in a bank I have seen this.
Came to get a court document notarized and they said “our guy is here but he forgot his stuff”….then I asked if they can help me find a nearby branch that does have one, and they said “we wouldn’t know that”. I asked can’t they call the other branch in town so I don’t have to drive over to find out, and they said “we couldn’t do that, no”. Wth?
This comment is not only for this branch it’s actually for the whole Chase Bank is a terrible Customer Service they are stealing my money every time I rent a car or a truck and I use my debit card they put a hold some money once the rental car releases the money I never see the money back.
