I'm an existen customer of wellsfargo and decided to ooen a chase account. What a difference about chase in contrast to wells fargo. With wellsfargo I deposited a tenants rent check and by the next day it cleared. In contrast to chase it became a night mare when I had made the deposit and I had to waits weeks for chase to confirm the check. Finally I decided to get the check bsck and never trusted chase with certain type of deposits. Wow! Some of the worst customer service I've had experienced ever! Walk in at 8:58am and ask to open a joint checking account (didn't realize you need an appointment apparently). The woman at the front desk says let me see if someone can help you. We sit down and two employees are just talking and talking about their customers and how they gave them 3 stars and just ragging on their customers. We arrived at 9am to create a joint checking account. The teller took our information and told us to be seated for one of the bankers to come help us. There were no customers inside, the employees proceeded to have a casual conversation (we could clearly hear them) for another 10 minutes. Opened a new checking account last saturday for my wife and we were 1 hr 15mins late for our appointment. Everyone was helpful especially Giovanni who helped us even before closing. Very grateful!

I think the guy in the second or third cube ( he has curly hair) is rude to customers. Has no patience, yells & gives an attitude. Today I went in with my mom to get some checks when me and a couple of other customers saw him yelling at a senior citizen. The older guy wasn’t even being mean to him but only trying to do something at the ATM but didn’t know how to or maybe was just confused. I felt so bad for the older man.
