I fully expect go to a bank branch and be able to see a branch manager when I walk in during their business hours. I have been to the bank 3 times in the past week, only to be told a manager is not available to assist me with a fraud/stolen funds claim. My money is gone and there is no one in authority to assist me. I have to call overseas to handle it. It seems that the people there are not Chase employees, but are outsourced. Here's a sample bad review: "I recently visited the Chase Bank branch in Van Houten and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff seemed unhelpful and uncaring. My issue was not resolved, and I was given little to no guidance on how to move forward. The overall experience was frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend this branch to anyone and hope that Chase Bank will take steps to improve the service at this branch.

I'm an existen customer of wellsfargo and decided to ooen a chase account. What a difference about chase in contrast to wells fargo. With wellsfargo I deposited a tenants rent check and by the next day it cleared. In contrast to chase it became a night mare when I had made the deposit and I had to waits weeks for chase to confirm the check.
