I just Love Chase Bank
They always take care of anything I need to do. No wait,No cue
Poor customer service. As a black person I felt my business was not wanted. Not even a smile from anyone. Not courteous and definitely a lack of professionalism.
Came to this bank to deposit money, I opened my checking account a week ago at another location and I asked if she could write down my account number, so that I could save it in my notes on my iPhone. The teller said she can’t do that because I can loose the paper and it’s a “breach”. So, she has an access to my bank information but then tells me I can loose the paper? What bank does that?
