I just closed my account here and the 5 stars is for Kevin not chase bank. Chase bank corporate get -10 stars for trying to charge a fee to stop a payment on fraud. Kevin after hearing about this did everything he could to keep me as a client here without being pushy. However the damage done by CORPORATE chase and NOT THIS BRANCH was to great and it was just time for me to part ways with chase as a whole.
Reminded me of a financial institution I once used called Wachovia.... Someone eat them.🫣
My sister-in-law passed away who had her Checking and Savings accounts at Chase in Brea, CA. We were visiting our son's family in Fort Collins, when the 40 days wait period was over required by law to settle a decedent's account.
