Somehow this location is calling people pretending to be fraud alert with Zelle and asking to add a number to your recipients listing to reverse the fraud. Do Not Fall For It!! It is a scam. Called corporate headquarters and sure enough it’s a new scam. I don’t know how they called me from a legit chase branch number unless it’s an inside job….
Bad customer service.. Wanted to convert currency. Called a week before travel date and was told to just bring 2 IDs and nothing else. Made an appointment with all details in the comment section regarding currency conversion. At the appointment was told that it takes 2 to 3 days to convert currency. No one read the note and let me know before appointment. Also was not provided good information when I called.
Linda was very polite and helpful answered all my questions with patient patientence
The worst customer service ever !!! Wanted to go to my deposit box waited 15 minutes. Lots of people standing around doing nothing. Finally, I gave up and left
