Customer service is great, but what’s the point of having a tap ATM if it’s not gonna take tap also if I’m going to deposit money and if I don’t have my ID, they won’t take it. I’ve been banking with Chase for very long time and it’s coming to a point where I’m going to cancel my accounts. Don’t come here if you have tap only they will not take it
The tellers are very nice and helpful but the building, oh boy; specially the drive through is getto and falling apart. I almost wrecked my car the first time i went. The old rusted and barebones columns inside the drive through area old and located in a confusing way and with little room in between so no signs with directions of where the FaceTime teller stations are located. Overall they haven't maintained the drive through area for what seems to be years, its a pretty ugly place.
