Thank you for your assistance, Janet. I would rate this experience 5 stars, but I was disappointed with Kevin's help last time, despite his ability to speak Spanish. It's concerning that this is not the first time he has failed to meet expectations at this location, often making excuses instead of putting in the necessary effort to do his job properly.
Tess at the Chase Bank on 3900 South and 13th East is an INCREDIBLE ASSET to all whom she serves. I was amazed at her patience with my complicated transaction. She is not only cheerful, but extremely competent and caring...which is a rare combo these days. She will be moving to the new Chase location at 4800 South Highland Drive. I will be driving some extra miles to enjoy her superior service!
The folks at this branch really helped me out when I needed an in-person identity verification when I got locked out of my online account, and it was right before the branch was closing! Thanks!

The employees are so kind, they get 10 ’s - the bank is just so big and just doesn’t care about its clients (at least my perspective, maybe the employees could help but front facing would tell me they’d talk to a manager- and I felt treated like a number, not a person) . Needed a little help with my first business account that was more than a consulting company for 1099, not only was I shut down, but progressively got worse. Felt embarrassed to even go back in.
