The employees are so kind, they get 10 ’s - the bank is just so big and just doesn’t care about its clients (at least my perspective, maybe the employees could help but front facing would tell me they’d talk to a manager- and I felt treated like a number, not a person) . Joey was so helpful during a busy moment being needed in multiple places. She remained calm and treated me as customer even though my transactions were small. She also helped return a valuable item. Very grateful.
Wow, great place. Very nice and welcoming customer service. I had to do supposedly the hardest thing to do at a bank, close an account. The rep made it easy and comfortable. That leaves a good taste in my mouth, which I remember if I need to open an account again.
