Very disappointed in the way Chase handled my situation. I’ve been with Chase for 10 years now, and the one time I ask for help all I got was “we’re sorry this happened to you, but we will not be refunding your money.” I had gotten tied up into an internet/Zelle scam and they refuse to listen to me when I tell them I did not actually know the person my money was being sent to. Something very devastating happened to me and Ryan A. was so compassionate and kind. He is very knowledgable and guided me through a lot that I would not have otherwise known what to do. He was so patient and I am very grateful for him. An amazing employee.
