The teller was rude
Today I was in a bit of a pickle I needed some change and after contacting three other branches, one of them not even getting through with them the other two need to work on their customer service to say the least, but this branch not only did provide great customer service over the phone But also when I arrived great staff got me out of the pickle I was in thank you to both of the ladies that took care of me. Very thankful.
Went in to open a bank account, but didn’t realize we needed an appointment. A banker offered to schedule a meeting for us, but the branch manager told him not to schedule us. We waiting around another 15 minutes or so and left. Weird experience…
