I have been a customer for a few months and unfortunately I go to this bank because it’s the closest one until I move and I must say they are very unprofessional, never help me the first time (I usually have to come in multiple times for the same issue) they never seem to know how to do what I am asking. I can’t say all chase is like this but this location makes things difficult.

Terrible branch, if the ATMs are even turned on they won't complete your transactions half the time. Absolutely useless as a bank.
Terrible quería abrir una cuenta, me hace traer los documentos como tal y ahora me dice que no se puede porque necesito una factura de casa, la cual le había dicho que no estaba a mi nombre y ella dice que debe estar a mi nombre.
