I have been a customer for a few months and unfortunately I go to this bank because it’s the closest one until I move and I must say they are very unprofessional, never help me the first time (I usually have to come in multiple times for the same issue) they never seem to know how to do what I am asking. I can’t say all chase is like this but this location makes things difficult.
Came in to get something notarized very last minute and they were so helpful and fast and understanding! Thank you Maria!
