I’m highly unsatisfied with the inexperienced management at this branch and will be taking my services elsewhere. It is no surprise to me that this branch will be closing in the near future.
This is a crisis. I asked Chase to apply overpayments for my car loan I have made in the past to be applied to April and May. My business has been mandated to close and I have no income. Their response? Those payments are too old, and I still have to pay. This is a disgrace. I have banked with Chase for years. I have great credit, and about 4 separate accounts with them.
