Came in to deposit some checks and I wasn't allowed to use their restroom. Was told they're not for public use. Pretty messed up to not allow your customers to use the restroom. I'll be closing my checking and business accounts.
Long time Chase customer and I will never go to the Boardwalk branch again. Needed to add a beneficiary to my accounts- I was told to do it online….. the other Chase branches are great to help out when I walk in.
10 bucks to cash a check here, unless I have an account here. Greedy banks dont do the work but have high fees and dont deserve any of my money.
Manager Stephanie and teller Ally saved the day. Walked in to an empty lobby and just needing to add myself onto my father’s account and deposit money. I’m from aurora and it’s a hour and half drive for me- I just need to help my dad. There was a dude there bossing around a younger coworker and telling us that they were “too busy” to help us… Dude it’s an empty bank and still he refused!
