Manager Stephanie and teller Ally saved the day. Walked in to an empty lobby and just needing to add myself onto my father’s account and deposit money. I’m from aurora and it’s a hour and half drive for me- I just need to help my dad. There was a dude there bossing around a younger coworker and telling us that they were “too busy” to help us… Dude it’s an empty bank and still he refused! Professional and polite staff, great customer service. The fact that this ISN'T Wells Fargo is the BEST reason to bank here. I really appreciate NOT being profiled by security personnel and bank tellers just for having long hair and tattoos. Thank you, Chase for providing an inclusive environment!
Great and nice workers, but the process being followed is depending on how they feel about you. I’ve been verified with different ways but still they have doubts!! Very uncomfortable and inconvenient situation!!
