One of the better chase bank locations in my opinion. I was here visiting from out of state. Staff was very friendly and quick service.
This is the worst branch location!! On one occasion the banker, wouldn't even talk to me about a Zelle transaction that wouldn't go thru. My husband and I said we wanted to close all our accounts, since the banker refused to talk to us or help. The Teller took the time to help and figured it out (20 minutes later). On the second occasion, they didn't have enough one dollar bills to give me (360 dollars to be exact). It was for a bithday gift box. I had to to settle for mixed denominations. DO NOT USE THE ATM. It took my cash deposit then said that the ATM wasn’t working and now I don’t have my cash or my account credited.
ATM at this location is down to one now. Going to be finding a different bank soon
The ATM at this location has not worked on 2 of 3 occasions that I have visited. Please fix. Edit: thought this branch couldn’t get worse, but today I tried to pull out some cash and they denied me because they didn’t have enough funds in the bank. You would think they would stock the bank enough, but not here. They really need to increase their basic maintenance and services. It’s almost as if you can’t access your own money here.
