Worst chase bank, slow staff, Vanessa the so call manager is the worst. They don’t even try to help you. Unreal how this branch is still open. Chase was my choice of banking but this was the worst experience. Need to find alternatives. Take my one start as a Zero star.
I went to the ATM after hours and the door was open and would not close. Not safe and scary.
1 star is the max the workers deserve, so unprepared slow for no reason and just incapable. I regret having an account with them, I will be closing it very soon in sha Allah
