The useless security guard refusing to open the door for customers
A pathetic ATM experience. Do better. Every time you go to this branch on a Friday evening there is a line 15 people deep down waiting for ATMS. There are not enough in the vestibule so everyone has to wait 20 minutes because a lot of people Astoria are attempting to do deposits and transactions that’s take a longer time than just withdrawing money. The time management and services at this branch are excellent, and the staff truly work to help customers. I’d like to share my experience with Mr. Greystone Jones.
