The East End branch on York Ave. never answered the phone. I was redirected twice (on the same call) to the call center who couldn't answer my local inquiry.
Place is a complete mess. Yor wait will be infinite and nobody even takes time to talk to. Avoid this branch and save yourself some time and nerves.
Account was transferred from First Republic, where the service was incredible. The standard of customer service is significantly lower here. The general attitude of the tellers is short and unwelcoming. Will try a different branch.
Emmanuel O. was transferred to this location recently, but I was lucky to came right after and talk to him about opening a new account. He did an incredible job providing for me with all good options, explained to me a new bank promotions and we open my new account. Emmanuel is very patient, friendly, smart and pleasant to work. We found our new favorite banker. Yes!
Alfiya was incredible and took the time to help me set up a business account! She was thorough and patient throughout the whole process and helped me get everything that I needed!
