My account was transfer from First Republic where they had incredible customer service. I miss that. This Chase location at York and 79th St is totally lacking in Customer Service.
I have been trying to get someone to help me transfer stock accounts from my parents to my name and was helped once by someone in Private Banking (will not name them) but the location is 79th Street and York Avenue. The person took my paperwork and told me I was missing some documents but would send in for review as depending on who reviews it may just put it through and they would call or email me the next day or so to give me status. The East End branch on York Ave. never answered the phone. I was redirected twice (on the same call) to the call center who couldn't answer my local inquiry.
Place is a complete mess. Yor wait will be infinite and nobody even takes time to talk to. Avoid this branch and save yourself some time and nerves.
