Manager at location refused to let a uniformed NYC Police Officer use the rest room while protecting the employees and customers at the Fredrick Douglas and West 135 st location. Absolutely disgusting!!

The worse customer service ever!! Slow, rude, they don’t care even when i closed accounts, they just don’t care…especially the woman in the front supposedly greeting…. if you have a choice, stay away.
