I am a city employee, so I went to cash my j.p. Morgan chase check, soo the teller told me a lie,that she could not cash it because the check had no funds, its a New York City check, with more than enough funds. the teller was Hispanic with tattoos on her right arm, very unprofessional, I would not go back to this chase bank. nor would I recommend anyone to this chase branch. very dramatic experience. then I had to drive to TD bank and deposit the city check to a account with no problem, this chase branch is very unprofessio... read more
