Horrible customer service
Was just here this morning 6/9/25 came in at 9:55 and asked to speak to a banker about a mortgage loan . I waited till 10:56 and nobody came. Right before I left. I got up and check to see a couple of bankers not seeing anybody and the bank manager just having a good old laugh with another coworker. Maybe if I was a different color or I look like I was worth a lot of money someone would have attended to me.
