Total BS place guys!!!
Visit this Chase if you absolutely want to waste your time. You can never access the ATMs no matter how many times you swipe your card. And the drive thru machines? One is usually out of service and you’re lucky if by the time you wait on the long line for the other machine, it’s not out of service too.
BY FAR THE WORST CHASE, very small and tight parking space, YOU CANNOT GET INTO THE ATM AFTER HOURS,NO MATTER WHAT, the door will not recognize your card, the only way to deposit cash will be the drive thru.
I will never recommend anyone to use the ATM machines in the street. It takes your money and then supposedly does not recognize it and they don’t want to give it back to you. That machine ate $100 of mine and they refuse to give me my money i’m definitely going to close my bank account and go with somebody else. How is possible that this machine takes $100 and they do not want to give it to me. This is crazy. Unacceptable. Please do not use those machine. Walked across the mall to this location to use the ATM only to find that door lock would not recognize either of my bank cards. Apparently this has been an issue in the past please fix it.
