Every time is a terrible experience. While waiting at the drive-through three other vehicle’s came and went. They seem to pick and choose who they like to and in no specific order When entering the bank lobby , it appears to be more of a social hour for the staff instead of greeting and considering the needs of the customers. Take your money elsewhere, I don’t believe they need it or care for the customers
I rescinded my previous low rating for perhaps being too harsh. They are hardly the only Chase you have to schedule at. But when they can't even deposit money into the account you tell them to, I lose faith. Back to 2.9 you go.
I have been with Chase Bank with over 20 years. Very caring very professional polite employees always welcome you with a smile.
