I have been a loyal customer of Chase Bank for 12 years, and I have never experienced such disappointment until now. I went in to have a lawsuit release form notarized and was refused service because the document stated it required a witness. My attorney, who has over 30 years of experience, told me that this was incorrect and that the notary can serve as the witness. Idk who I talked to but he was rude…. Tried to open a new account today but no one could help me so I took my business elsewhere. They make it impossible to bank with.

Every time is a terrible experience. While waiting at the drive-through three other vehicle’s came and went. They seem to pick and choose who they like to and in no specific order When entering the bank lobby , it appears to be more of a social hour for the staff instead of greeting and considering the needs of the customers. Take your money elsewhere, I don’t believe they need it or care for the customers
