ATM constantly not working. Staff rude and don’t care that their costumers can’t get their money.
Geraldine and Chanel both helped me right away. Account was locked led and they tried fixing it, multiple times. You can tell they are both hard workers and actually care about the customers. This location was crazy busy, and both of them still were attempting to fix the problem, instead of just telling me there’s nothing they can do…

This place is horrible. Here is my story I requested my job to leave early to open a bank accounat chase bank on neperhan Ave closed at 5 pm, which is very hard for me to leave work to do such a thing it is not easy. As soon as I arrived at the branch, another guy took my turn. I told the bank teller and pointed it at that guy she ignored me and continued to help the guy.
