This place is horrible. Here is my story I requested my job to leave early to open a bank accounat chase bank on neperhan Ave closed at 5 pm, which is very hard for me to leave work to do such a thing it is not easy. As soon as I arrived at the branch, another guy took my turn. I told the bank teller and pointed it at that guy she ignored me and continued to help the guy. I hate going to banks, but I had to go here quite a few times with my mother. The staff are always very friendly. We usually don't wait too long. The parking lot is shared with Walgreens and tends to get crowded.
This branch is horrible, custom service there is the worst. I came in to speak to customer service and they have one man working there and he states he has 2 appointments. Well nobody at his desk and he is not on the phone so what appointments. Lazy people working there and they will come up with any lie to get out work. Worst branch ever
Had mixed experience. Had interaction with 2 women with opposite personalities. The lady in the front looks angry/upset all the time. Didn't even respond to my "hello". Was constantly having long rude face. I am glad she was not able to help me. Then came a amazing lady. I think her name is Alexandra. She was extremely nice, polite and made feel comfortable.
