Poor costumer servers the lady who help you to open the account want to know how much money you got if you got money they smile at you if you don't have money they don't want to help you.
I had an appointment yesterday at 270 Saw Mill River Road with Luz Barrera. She was very sweet and prompt. She had given me a call the day before my appointment to confirm the reason for my appointment and to let me know exactly what will be needed for that appointment. Thanks to that follow up call I had everything in order and she had the necessary paperwork ready for my appointment which made the appointment go by smooth and fast. Very lovely lady who made me smile and made my day.
The worst customer service
Definitely the worse managment and the customer service. No doubt !
