No ATM that is accessible 24/7
I have had Chase for 20+ years. I have always spoke highly of them and yesterday was one of the worst experiences in my life. They closed my account in error. No one had answers. They tried claiming I called and reported it was lost. Found that was lie. They then claimed fraudulent activity, which again was never reported. They claimed they were trying to help me but they never alerted me in anyway about there "Suspension in fraudulent activity". Which the banker who helped me (wish I could remember her name.) There is no way to access your money at this location if they are closed. All the ATM's are inside and they keypad that lets you slide your card to get to it does not work. Waste of time.
Michaela Empereur notarized capabilities are at the lowest level. She did not want to notarize my document and gave me a difficult time because she does not feel comfortable. Been getting my documents notarized with Chase for years this is the 1st time I had a problem. Worst experience, went to the other branch and they notarized my document in 5 mins!
