Sitting in line at drive thru now for 10 minutes and no one has moved yet. 6 cars piled up (even if one person was working at window cars should still be moving at least). Yes, they are polite but this is insane and uncalled for. (Finally got thru at 19 min). Crazy
How does a functioning branch doesnt have a supervisor or working manager to override a transaction? How are these branches even working now a days? Manager gone on vacation and no supervisor on shift?

I have had Chase for 20+ years. I have always spoke highly of them and yesterday was one of the worst experiences in my life. They closed my account in error. No one had answers. They tried claiming I called and reported it was lost. Found that was lie. They then claimed fraudulent activity, which again was never reported. They claimed they were trying to help me but they never alerted me in anyway about there "Suspension in fraudulent activity". Which the banker who helped me (wish I could remember her name.)
