Horrible , horrible , customer service . Very rude , No customer service skills . If you have an account at this bank , whoever you write a check to will be charged $10 just to cash the check that you wrote to them. What a rip off. This is another reason I would NEVER have an account at chase bank . If you do , do yourself a favor and run to the nearest credit union as fast as you can. “”Zero stars””
