Very bad and slow a lot of client waiting and they are only chatting and talking to each without helping clients
Just so y’all know they will take your checks, lie about when it’ll come in and hang up on you. No one can give you a straight answer. They are a terrible company. No one can do their jobs. Horrible customer service. We will be taking our banking elsewhere.
This branch is by far the worst chase branch to deal within 100 miles. Customer service is terrible and their ATMs never work! Ever time I come here they're not depositing cash or spitting my checks back out at me. I hate that THIS is the chase I live closest too.
