Wanted to see a banker there. The banker wasn't friendly and only a bit helpful
- Better location than the branch on George St from NJ-18 & Memorial Pkwy. - More employees, two people at counter, and the other two at desk - Friendly and professional bankers, Mathew Hooker is great. - Plenty street parking spots - Easy access to ATM outside

Originally liked the bank. Then they decided to close my account without informing me. Refused to open a new one bc they cleared a fraudulent check someone gave me. Not any fault of mine. Why refuse biz bc someone screwed me. I expected better service from Chase.
