This is by far the worst bank! Absolutely no customer service. I've been trying to reach the Buford, Georgia branch for over a week and NOBODY answers the telephone EVER. I called the 800 number and guess what? They just connected me to the branch which -- DOESN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! Awful. Does anybody know how I can reach the Buford location?

Worst location ever~ i went to the open the business account with Credit card, I understand it can be busy at the moment, however i been waiting for almost 2hours, they can’t handle until close hours, total waste time. Definitely skip this location unless if you want to keep the business with chase

Avoid this Bank at All Costs! I had the unfortunate experience of trying to close an account at this branch, and I can honestly say it was the most frustrating, time-consuming process I've ever been through. I had to visit the bank THREE times and each visit was a complete waste of time. The tellers didn’t seem to know how to do their job, which led to multiple delays. I am canceling all my accounts with chase I’ve been coming here for years the tellers are super nice and helpful but everything changed a few months back there seems to be less people working there than usual, everything runs slow and there is always a never ending line. I had an issue and asked to speak with a manager who never showed up, never followed up! I didn’t ask to speak with an assistant manager, I needed the manager…. Going to a credit union . Stay away
