I've been banking with this bank for 3 months.. I have my check direct deposited.. all I do at this branch is pull money out to pay bills...my account got hacked...instead of going after the criminals...they said I'm know longer a customer there....they are sending me a cashiers check....and told me to go somewhere else to bank...oh ya they gave me a number to call and they would give me a reason....I don't have time for this_ _ _ _we will go somewhere else...gladly...horrible experience....I would recommend NOT to bank ther... read more

I've been going to this branch on and off because it's the closest to my work. The top left corner of my ID is broken off. You can still see the whole picture of me, and they have accepted it for all my deposits, withdrawals, and everything else at the teller window and drive thru for the last six months but I went in yesterday to get a document notarized and all of the sudden they can't accept it for that? That's my bank, they are supposed to be the ones you go to for that stuff, so they can use it to verify my identity to ... read more
This place is literal Hell. Raquel the "Manager" Is no help. Don't know how she got in the position she is in, super rude. The two teller girls are no help either, no eye contact, super rude. How do these people get hired to work a customer service job, It's beyond me.
