Very poor service, I've been waiting 30 minutes to cash a check and no one is helping me. They should hire staff who are capable and have a good work ethic!
I had a very disappointing experience at this bank branch. Both the manager and the security staff treated me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Their behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.When I asked for the manager’s name, she refused to provide it, which I found unacceptable.
