I had a very disappointing experience at this bank branch. Both the manager and the security staff treated me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Their behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.When I asked for the manager’s name, she refused to provide it, which I found unacceptable. Atm doesn't let me withdraw money because they 'Couldn't confirm my identity' even though I answered the text and everything. Can't even get MY money. Terrible.
