This is the worst Chase branch I’ve ever been to. The customer service was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and the manager was just as disrespectful and unprofessional. I expected to be treated with basic courtesy, but instead I felt dismissed and unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location and hope management seriously addresses how both employees and managers treat customers.
