My Chase! Downtown is and has been my stompin' grounds since I was little; so glad to have my bank right here.
You need people who smile and actually acknowledge their customers and act like they care about people. Worst Chase I have ever been in.
Great place to work.
They declined my tax bill with no apparant reason. It added a lot of penalties. I've talked to them multiple times but can't get a call back. Just a promise to check on it. Now my business card was canceled for no apparent reason. Business banking with Chase is a huge liability.
