Very disappointing experience at this Chase branch. I arrived at 3.28 PM for my scheduled 3.30 PM appointment, checked in, and was asked to wait. I then waited until around 4.00 PM without any update or explanation. I had to go back to the receptionist myself to ask what was happening, and only then was I offered a reschedule. I completely understand that appointments can run late. What upset me was the complete lack of communication after I had already checked in and waited through the entire appointment window. I don’t usually write reviews, but this feels necessary so that hopefully no one else has to go through this. My grandmother recently passed away. My brother and I were her only 2 inheritors of the will, and our names were on her chase bank account under TOD (transfer on death) which is something you can set up so that when an elderly family member passes, the funds automatically go to you without having to go through any difficult process.
