Worst experience, wonder why they raiting is so low at this branch
This is the ONLY place I couldn’t setup beneficiaries online. Had to make an appointment since tellers cannot help. Waited over 15 minutes past my appointment time. The account has been open for many years, yet they insisted on knowing my income, my employer, my job title… NONE of that has anything to do with setting up a beneficiary. I will probably move my stuff away. This was a super scammy way to do business.
On May 12 @ 2:20pm Very disappointed with the customer service at this branch. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone—employees were just sitting around chatting with each other. The only person who seemed to be actually helping a customer was a Black gentleman with braids, who was the only one showing professionalism. When I asked a Spanish woman about notarizing a document, she responded with an attitude. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a major bank like Chase.
