Easy to set up, friendly staff
We are getting our roof done and our insurance company has an agreement with Chase and they have to endorse the check. We have been in the bank 3 times now and every time we go the manager is not available and we have to schedule an appointment for the next day. Very inconvenient. If someone had a complaint and wanted to talk to a manager they couldn't. This is why we won't bank with Chase.
