Very friendly staff. Easy to work with. Love banking there! Walk-ins are welcome and they usually have at least two tellers and one specialized Banker on when I go there. Frankly though, my last visit there yesterday, the teller wasn't that friendly. She wasn't unfriendly. But, usually the folks are a lot more pleasant.
Will Dolby is an absolute Rockstar!!!! He was able to help my elderly mother stop fraud happening to her account and recover and make it right!!!!

Can Chase please do something about their ATM. Over the last few months I have reported the Malfunctioning ATM to the local employees inside and I have called Chase. I pull up today and it still doesn't work. The only difference this time is there is a sign alerting customers. Before I had to find out the hard way. This is CHASE bank. Please take some of out money that we are giving you and use it to have a fully functional updated and upgraded ATM.
