I have been banking at this branch for over 10 years and have consistently been impressed by the level of service. In recent years, Sandra has been my primary contact for our banking needs, and her exceptional service has truly stood out. I’ve also worked with some other employees at this branch, and I am consistently pleased by their professionalism, customer service, and the effective solutions they provide. I highly recommend this branch to anyone seeking reliable and great banking services.
I found the staff at this branch extremely unhelpful. I brought my Canadian funds in to exchange and was offered 10% less than the stated exchange rate on Google. If that wasn't bad enough the teller was looking for any reason he could find to not serve me, telling me simply having a Chase Credit Card was not enough of a reason for him to even assist me. Then once he was convinced by his boss he had to work with me he scrutinized every bill and rejected a $5 legal tender bill because it had tape on it.
Never had an issue
There is absolutely no justification for remaining with a bank that boasts great wealth but offers the worst ATM services across various locations. After reviewing the 18 mile and Dequindre location, I am now faced with a similar experience at 18 and Rochester. The management at Chase should feel ashamed of their services and business practices, as even the smallest banks do not encounter such problems. First date of review: 06/07/2024.
