We had to put my fiancés check into my account since he didn’t have a physical bank account. First it was placed on a hold then they closed my account because they couldn’t verify his information. They didn’t even have the right contact information for him at all, not even sure how they got that number for him. If you are looking for a bank, look elsewhere. I deposited a certified check there last Friday, they put a 10 business day hold on it. They gave me a phone number that I could call and get it released. However, when I called that number, they said it cannot be released before the hold is up. My brother's check was released the next day. They tried to tell me that every bank would put it on hold and not release it earlier.
Worst customer service ever. Teller with medium length brown hair and the older gray haired teller are always rude. My handicap uncle had a account there, checks were in my name for him. Basically they treated me terrible and even lied I had to get a paper from Social security so I could send money he owed back and I was getting billed for. They would not give it to me . And now the bill has hit my credit. Don't know what they did with money . But I would Never trust that bank with my money. Terrible . Mean tellers, not help... read more
Friendly staff, quick service and knowledgeable employees, knew exactly what I was looking for. And for a coin collector, that doesn't happen too often. Great staff clean facility!!!!!
